I remember you doing this drawing. It is as powerful now as it was all those years ago. It speaks of the weight of a hateful world bearing down on your shoulders while you were still too self-doubting to throw it off.
I had not thought of the phrase “still too self-doubting to throw it off” but it is a powerful idea.
