STOP BULLYING, by Amanda Michelle

~Stop Bullying, by Amanda Michelle
“Today’s society has a habit of labeling someone by their looks or beliefs. But that’s all they are, labels.
The phrase, ‘Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me,’ couldn’t be correct, because if it was, then every time I looked in the mirror, I would see myself.
But who am I?
I’m just what they labeled me to be.”

  1. It's getting beyond the words and the hurt that counts. It took me years to do this and sometimes my old feelings come back to haunt me. For me I just need to recognize that these are old wounds and I need to find my inner peace. ~Rita
