~What’s Your Label? by Sherri M
“Every high school students name eventually turn’s into a label, a stereotype that attaches to their place in their ‘clique’. Many students never get treated as a human being with a name, their label is their name in high school. For example, my clique is a group of ‘weirdo’s’, but in reality they are my friends and my label is not shy, loser, or fat. My Name is Sherri Murray, and that’s my label. Don’t use label’s, use names.”
