“Last year I painted my garage door with a Peacock. It represented standing up for myself and my inner beauty. The door became very controversial with my neighbour. My neighbour and her friend down the street were bullying me. It turned into a wonderful healing experience for the community and my family. I am now known as the ‘Peacock Lady.'”
