“Word can hurt and they hurt longer than hitting with fist. It’s harder to forget the ugly names than visible wounds cos word keep spinning in your head and they are hard to erase. When you have called me so many things they start to stick in the head and then the real mess starts. I don’t wish to hurt others so badly as I were with word. Because I know that they stay..and they affected me and turned me another person. putting all feeling in to paper healed some pain and others were healing with help of the friends. Keep spreading your feeling on paper and you see how it work..It helps cos they are somewhere else than in your head only.”
