“I was bullied throughout middle school and it always felt like their words were knives digging into me. Eventually I wound up self-mutilating so their words, in a sense, did turn into knives. Thankfully someone stood up and reached out to help me and I was able to rise above the bullying. Now whenever I hear or see someone else being bullied, I do what I can to help them.”
