“One thing I’ve noticed in my school is how people make fun of each other without actually seeing the gravity of what they’re doing. So in this painting, you have this girl crying. Without looking closely, that’s all you’re going to see. But then there’s a storm inside of her. What she shows on the outside is nothing compared to how she feels in the inside. But then storms. Storms have a tendency to be strong, and powerful, and life changing. Story’s bring lightning and thunder, and rain. And most of all, they leave behind rainbows.”
