I chose to use this photo that I took a few months ago at Ventura beach because I feel that it conveys a sense of serenity and calmness. The text is inspired by a mindset that I continuously strive to maintain. I aim to be aware, throughout each encounter, that most individuals are likely struggling in some way. Even in moments when I am being met with negativity, I feel that it is important to remember that their own struggles are possibly causing them to respond in that manner. In order to create a more harmonious environment, we need to use empathy, introspection, and compassion. I hope you enjoy it!
