Have you ever thought 

That your hurtful words brought 

So much distraught? 

Through your unkindness 

And impoliteness 

Has brought me so much sadness 

But today I declare this no more 

As I stand up once more 

In hope for 

Strength, 

Confidence, 

And Bravery
